"The customer service here is top notch. So friendly, efficient and fair. My grandmother had run over a curb and her brush guard was dragging. They took a look and repaired it in less than 10 minutes, and only charged us $5 for the replacement clips. I would recommend Scotty's to anyone."

"I am new to the area and needed to find a reliable mechanic. I shopped on line and saw good reviews for Scotty's so I called. I felt good as soon as I was on the phone because I was handled very professionally, not in a hurry, and they (Luke) listened carefully to my description of what my car was doing (it was unique, and I couldn't troubleshoot it). I took the car in, they called me 2 hrs later and gave me a detailed report on what was wrong, and what it would cost to fix it, and that they could do it in the time allotted (I had to have my car back, fixed or not, by noon). I gave them the go ahead and it was completed early. When I went to pick it up I was shown the worn parts, treated to a little mechanical explanation, and my car was pulled around to the front for me running and ready to go - really - like valet service from a mechanic! Price was great, service was great, car runs great. Thanks Scottys!"
