"My interactions with Ben and Rick concerning needed repairs to the 2004 Isuzu Rodeo, that my Great Niece has possessed for 2 years after I owned it for 16 years, was phenomenal. I live in Sheridan,WY, 100's of miles away and a complete unknown to the staff at Scotty's and yet was treated with kindness throughout the entire process of achieving the repairs to get the Rodeo functional again. They were receptive to my concerns and questions and kept me informed of the progress. When the vehicle was ready to pickup, Rick kindly texted my niece with directions on where she would find it on the lot as she wasn't able to arrive until 6pm. She called to exclaim how "quiet" it was (new muffler!"
